Study On Risk Management Of LH Expressway Construction Project Under The Background Of COVID-19 Resumption

Novel coronavirus pneumonia invaded Wuhan novel coronavirus pneumonia at the beginning of 2020.Because of the close proximity to the new year,the frequent migration of the population and the wide spread of the virus,the new epidemic of crown pneumonia quickly spread to other provinces in the country.Many epidemic prevention and control actions resulted in many construction projects and enterprises unable to start on time.Manpower,logistics,material transportation,import and export were all restricted.From the perspective of the construction unit of highway construction project,this paper discusses the risk management and control of highway construction project under the background of epidemic situation.In combed the risk management on the basis of relevant theories,oriented outbreak to stay under the background of the highway engineering construction projects,this paper identifies the LH in highway construction project cost,economic,security,time limit for a project,risk factors,such as politics,quality,and then through the questionnaire survey,to set up the risk index system and a series of process,such as determining the weight of each risk factor for scientific assessment of the risk of highway construction projects on the basis of evaluation of LH level,provide theoretical guidance for project risk management practice work.My research process is: firstly,summarize the theoretical basis of this paper,and preliminarily clarifies the research direction and focus of this paper;Combined with the current novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic situation,using brainstorming,field method,questionnaire and other methods,then comprehensively identify the risk elements of LH highway construction project,and build a special risk assessment index system based on this,so as to more accurately grasp all kinds of hazards of LH highway construction projects.Then,from the reality of the project,the appropriate evaluation index and the appropriate evaluation method are selected.With the help of analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,all kinds of risks are comprehensively analyzed and evaluated,and the risk evaluation model is constructed and verified to evaluate the risk level of LH expressway construction project;Finally,according to the severity of risk elements and risk acceptance criteria,according to the evaluation results and the current situation and project characteristics,the paper puts forward the prevention and Control Countermeasures of various risks such as remediation,economic,contract,construction and natural risks,establishes the risk management and control system of LH project,and formulates the matching and effective risk prevention and control countermeasures.This thesis has fully combined theoretical analysis with engineering practice and built a risk management system with practical value,which can provide beneficial guidance for risk prevention and control of LH expressway construction projects and provide reference for risk management practice of other expressway construction projects in China.
