| With the gradual deepening of power system reform,traditional electricity companies face the pressure of increasing market competition and cost reduction policies.In orde to achieve the high-quality development,they must make the best of the internal resources and enhance the competitiveness of human resources.Therefore,this thesis starts with the training status of S Province Power Company and improves the training management model,in order to further release the training potential,enhance the company’s core competitiveness,and achieve the strategy of strong talents.The thesis comprehensively adopts the literature research method,the investigation research method,the expert consultation method,the classification analysis method and the case analysis method to conduct the research.Based on human resource training and knowledge management theory,it analyzes the improvement of S Province Power Company training management mode.First of all,the overall conditions of the power industry is summarized and the contents of human resource training concept,training mode and knowledge management are introduced in detail.Secondly,based on the analysis of the company’s basic conditions and business characteristics,the company training status is understanded by questionnaire and interview.The major problems in training are analyzed including the self-involved training atmosphere is not strong,the analysis of training needs is not implemented,the training plan is relatively rough,and the training evaluation mechanism needs to be improved.Thirdly,according to the training situation and problems,based on the company’s actual situation,the specific plans for improving the training management mode are proposed from four aspects: training needs analysis,training plan improvement,training program implementation and training effect evaluation.In order to ensure the implementation effect of the improved program,specific safeguard measures have been formulated from four dimensions,namely,improving the awareness of all employees in the training,optimizing the organizational structure of training,optimizing the construction of training software and hardware,and strengthening the construction of internal and external teachers.Finally,the key contents of the thesis is summarized.By integrating knowledge management theory into the training improvement process,the thesis focuses on improving the company’s human resources construction and creating favorable conditions for the company’s high quality development. |
