Since the 21 th century has began,With the development of economic,China’s urban and rural production,living demand in reliability requirements of electricity and power supply are also constantly improving.In the past decade,with the support and cooperation of local governments,electricity power supply companies have continued to increase investment in the construction of power grid infrastructure.Further promoting the healthy development of China’s power industry.However,with the continuous growth of power demand,the internal and external environment of electricity power supply companies has also undergone drastic changes,such as supply-side structural reform and intensified industry competition.In order to achieve sustainable development in the fierce competition environment,it is imperative for electricity power supply companies to continuously optimize their internal management mode.The team is the most common and basic management organization in the power supply company,and it is also the executive layer of the company’s various production indicators and tasks.The team management effect directly reflects the management level of the electricity power supply company.Based on the above situation,China’s power supply companies began to think deeply and explore how to effectively improve the team management level through effective management means.So as to enhance the value creation ability of companies and enterprises and improve the core competitiveness of companies and enterprises.After the introduction of lean concept with waste elimination as its core,it has been gradually used in the management of various production enterprises including power supply companies.Among them,lean management tools such as 7S management are most respected by major electricity power supply companies and production enterprises.With simple operation process and significant application effect,these tools are important to improve team management level and team work efficiency.But in fact,many domestic electricity power supply company in their team’s management idea,is still stay in the model of manage without theory.The perception of the lean management is to stay on the surface,and lack of the theory and combining the actual situation of power supply enterprise,resulting in waste of resources,poor staff motivation,frequent equipment defects,disorder of the material management problems occur frequently,may even make team cohesion and team management non-existing,unable to effectively play the role of the battle fortress at the grass-roots level.M Electric Power Supply Company began to use lean management since 2018.With labor competition and improvement of all staff,team management has been improved and promoted,and lean management achievements have made by all staff.However,there are still some teams still remain a superficial understanding of lean management.Because of these shortage,less cohesion,the weakness executive force and so on,has already perplex the team manager.Therefore,this paper will focus on the issue of "how to improve the benefit of lean management in M Power Supply Company’s team".Firstly,through the literature collection method,the paper collects and sorts out the contents related to lean management and power supply enterprises at home and abroad,and forms the literature review of lean management.Secondly,the author with field investigation,questionnaire survey and case analysis,analyses the M power supply company team management status and problems of shift in the lean management,such as team employees to plan their work hard,team staff skill levels and shift staff enthusiasm is low,and shift the phenomenon such as instruments,material management confusion.Thirdly,combined with lean management theory,field research and 7S management tools,this paper studies the four aspects of plan management,training management,performance management and material management involved in the above problems.The research shows that the reason of the above management inefficiency problem mainly lies in the fact that production plan utilization rate is not enough,and is cause the team employees’ production plan heavy.The monotonous’ training methods cause insufficient staff skill levels.The team performance incentives lead to low staff enthusiasm.The team management responsibility is not clear and make the team instruments,material management confusion.In the end,the author aimed at the existing problems and reasons,combining the reality of team management,puts forward some proposals of the lean management promotion strategy: one is to work as a whole department or professional needs,and the equipment of different site ops cycles to integrated planning,form integrated power operation plan,to achieve a plan many homework,decrease The Times of power and to reduce the amount of shift work plan.Second,to enrich the training methods,create a "four-stage" muscle memory training of safety skills + core skills,strengthen the safety awareness of employees and improve the level of operational skills.The third is to carry out the performance-based compensation model,optimize the performance management of employees according to the workload of employees,working hours and other factors,so that employees get their due rewards for their efforts.The fourth is to sort out the division of responsibilities,divide the elements of material management into personnel,formulate the responsibility matrix,and implement the management to individuals.Secondly,carry out 7S management in the office area to improve the quality of employees.With the improvement of team management method and the improvement of lean degree,team will further play the role of grass-roots battle fortress and become an important cornerstone of company management.Based on the actual situation and theoretical basis of the company,this paper will supplement practical cases for relevant theories through a series of improvement measures and broaden the depth of lean team management.
