Ecological Security Evaluation Of Dongting Lake Ecological Economic Zone Based On PSR Mode

Dongting lake is China’s second largest fresh water lake,"the kidney of the Yangtze river" and an internationally important wetland.Located in the hub zone of the Yangtze river economic belt,the guangdong-hong kong-macao greater bay area,the Yangtze river delta and the chengdu-chongqing economic zone,it is located between the changzhutan city group and the wuhan city circle,connecting the east and the west,connecting the north and south.Therefore,to maintain the ecological security of dongting lake area is of great strategic significance to hunan and the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze river.Based on the theory of ecological security,ecological economy and sustainable development,this paper analyzes the social,economic and ecological environment of dongting lake area.Based on the literature analysis,according to the requirements of PSR model and experts’ opinions,the evaluation index system of ecological security of dongting lake area is constructed.The index was objectively weighted by entropy method and the ecological security index was combined to evaluate the ecological security in dongting lake area.The evaluation results are analyzed from the overall situation,pressure system,status system and response system of ecological security.On this basis,the countermeasures and Suggestions to promote the ecological security of dongting ecological zone are put forward.The evaluation results show that the ecological security index of the dongting lake eco-economic zone fluctuates upward.From 0.2446 in 2008 to 0.6621 in 2018,the safety level has been changed from moderate to safe,indicating that the ecological management in the region has achieved good results.In terms of stages,from 2008 to 2009,the safety level was in a medium warning state,and the stress index,status index and response index were at a low level.From 2009 to 2010,the index of each system layer increased rapidly,and the security level became a mild warning.From 2011 to 2012,the change of the ecological security composite index trend similar to the change tendency of the state system,the influence degree of the system state to the overall ecological security is bigger,2012-2014 response index to rise further,but its amplitude and pressure,low in comparison with the decline of state system,suggests that appeared in the ecological security of social and economic response lag,need attention;From 2014 to 2017,the level of each subsystem is at a high level,and the overall ecological security level has become a safe state.However,it should be noted that the pressure index continues to decline,indicating that the pressure on ecological security is rising.After 2017,the ecological security index began to decline,which was the result of the combined action of the pressure system and the state system.The change of ecological security is the result of the combination of natural and human factors.Population growth,industrial and agricultural pollution and natural disasters are the key factors affecting ecological security in dongting lake area.Therefore,controlling population growth,preventing and controlling agricultural non-point source pollution,strengthening infrastructure construction and improving the ability of flood control and drought resistance are important ways to ensure the ecological security of the region.
