Marine economy is the most dynamic key field of national economy,and it is an important engine to promote the development of national economy.With the Chinese economy has entered a new norm,economic development should maintain a reasonable rate of rapid development,but also to adapt to the new economic rules,significance of the development of marine economy to further highlight,whether from the point of economic growth momentum transformation,economic restructuring and upgrading of the angle,or from the "National The Belt and Road" marine power and other strategic layout considerations to promote,to achieve leapfrog development of marine economy,will be "13th Five-Year" and the future for a longer period of major initiatives.In this paper,Guangxi Beihai City as an example,reviews the development of marine economy in North Sea,the research background,purpose and significance,research status and research methods,expounds the development of marine economy theory of marine economic theory,regional economic theory,regional integration theory,sustainable development theory,introduces the general situation of city of the North Sea marine economic development application of SWOT analysis,analysis of the development of marine economy development advantages,the development of city of the North Sea weaknesses,opportunities and challenges,and with reference to the development experience of domestic marine economy,and finally puts forward the city of the North Sea marine economic development path and countenneasures and safeguard measures.This paper thinks:the development of Beihai marine economy although there is a certain foundation,but there are a lot of advantages haven’t played in the Tathagata,cultural advantages,marine tourism resources,port resources and other aspects to have the very big development space;the first marine industry in Beihai city is too large,slow development of the second industry,less than third of the industry drive,still need to continuously improve the optimization process;the rapid development of marine economy,the formation of a greater pressure on the protection of the marine ecological environment,to achieve economic development and environmental improvement of the "win-win",is in the process of the development of marine economy in Beihai city where there are the advantages of Beihai;richly endowed by nature in marine economic development,a lot of experience and learning measures for the development of marine economy in other coastal provinces,strengthen marine economic strategic deployment in the position.
