Research On Innovative Development Path Of Marine Economy In Beibu Gulf Area

The shortage of land resources,environmental pollution and ecological destruction have become global challenges,resulting in an unprecedented severe test of human survival,so coastal countries began to turn to the sea for help.In recent years,China has issued a number of policy documents on marine development,which have promoted the emergence of innovative ideas and promoted the development of marine economy to a new level.It has become one of the key research areas in the critical period of social transformation and development,bringing new solutions to the problems of resource constraints,environmental pollution and ecological destruction.Beibu Gulf,as an important area of marine economic innovation and development,if more innovative elements can be introduced into the construction of marine economy,it will not only give full play to its unique geographical advantages,but also make tremendous contributions to the overall development of regional economy.Based on innovation theory,sustainable development theory and regional coordinated development theory,this paper uses SWOT analysis method,principal component analysis method and comparative research method to explore the path of marine economic innovation and development in Beibu Gulf region.The paper is divided into seven parts: The first part is the introduction of the research background,purpose and significance,while integrating the relevant research at home and abroad,pointing out the research content,ideas,methods and possible innovations;The second part defines the concept of marine economy and innovative development,and elaborates the essentials of innovation theory,sustainable development theory and regional coordinated development theory;The third part combs the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of marine economic innovation and development in Beibu Gulf region by SWOT analysis;In the fourth part,on the basis of constructing the index system,we collect the data of the past ten years,and use SPSS software and principal component analysis to study the innovation and development ability of marine economy in Beibu Gulf and its influencing factors,and draw conclusions;The fifth part sorts out and summarizes the practices of innovative development of marine economy in the United States,South Korea and other powerful marine economic provinces in Shandong and Zhejiang provinces in China to provide experience for the innovative development of marine economy in the Beibu Gulf region;On the basis of the previous contents,the sixth part puts forward the path of innovative development of marine economy in Beibu Gulf,aiming at promoting the healthy development of marine economy in Beibu Gulf to a higher degree;The seventh part summarizes the important conclusions drawn in the full text and finds out the shortcomings in the research and the subsequent research focus.Through the research,the following basic understandings are formed:(1)There are two factors in the innovation and development of marine economy in the Beibu Gulf region: favorable and unfavorable;(2)The ability of marine economic innovation and development in the Beibu Gulf region is closely related to the degree of marine economic development,the development of science and technology,the level of environmental governance and protection,and national policies;(3)The path of marine economic innovation and development in the Beibu Gulf region mainly involves five aspects: government-led,industrial innovation,land and sea co-ordination,relying on scientific and technological innovation,and building a new open economic development system.
