Zhejiang is a marine province which has vast sea area and rich marine resources.By building a marine economic province,Zhejiang will make the most advantages of marine resources,extend space for development,which will help to promote economic restructure,help to strengthen cooperation and exchanges and expand opening up.With the deepening of the development of marine resources in Zhejiang Province,marine industry and land industry have become more and more closely related.There is not only cooperation between the two,but also competitive contradictions in production factors,capital,spatial layout etc.Co-ordination between land and sea relationship so as to promote the development of high-quality coupling of marine and land industry system,has emerge as the major pathways of the development of marine economy and even the development of regional economy in Zhejiang Province.This paper first introduces the background and significance of this study,and reviews the domestic and international research status on the development of ocean and land as well as the coupling evaluation.Based on the definition of relevant concepts and theories,the characteristics,coupling development and coupling effects of land and sea industrial system are analyzed.The gray relational model,the coefficient of variation model and the time series model were used to evaluate the coupling evaluation.The gray correlation method was used to analyze the correlation degree of Zhejiang marine industry and land industry.According to the status quo of the development of land and marine industry in Zhejiang Province,the correlation degree of land and marine industry was analyzed.Based on Analysis of coupling relationship between land and sea industry,this paper selects 12 indicators from three aspects:industrial factors,industrial scale and industrial structure,and constructs the coupling degree evaluation system.By using entropy method and AHP method,the coupling development of Zhejiang Province land and marine industry system is analyzed according to the coupling coordination degree and trend coordination degree formula,and it is judged that the marine and land industry system of Zhejiang Province is still in the intermediate coupling stage.At the same time,according to the GM(1,1)model,the coupling degree of the marine-land industry system of Zhejiang Province is forecasted from 2015 to 2018.It is found that the development speed of marine industry will lag behind the land industry.Finally,this paper proposes suggestions to improve the coupling level of land and marine industry in Zhejiang Province from three aspects:technological level of marine industry,planning and design of coastal zone,and improving the overall scientific,perfecting the coupling supporting system.
