China's Marine Economy Sustainable Development Level Of Coupling Coordination Degree Differences And Dynamic Evolution Characteristics Of Space And Time

With the extension of human social economic activities,the development of marine resources and the scale of marine industry,the development of the 21 st century will focus on the oceans,the United Nations will " the global life support system and the sustainable development of human society ",the operation of the system is worrying.The sustainable development of marine economy is an effective way to solve the problems of human deprivation,space tension and environmental degradation.Only by coordinating the coupling relationship between the marine economy,society and ecology can we solve the problems in the development of the marine economy fundamentally and lay a solid foundation for the sustained and healthy development of the ocean.Based on the connotation and characteristics of sustainable development of marine economy,the evaluation index system of sustainable development of marine economy was established,and the sustainable development level and coupling coordination degree of 11 provinces of China coastal provinces from 1998 to 2013 were assessed and analyzed.the spatial-temporal differences and spatial pattern evolution were analyzed.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:?The level of sustainable development of marine economy in China generally showed a sharp increase in the fluctuation of 1998-2006,and the gradual increase or slight decrease in the situation in 2007 and 2013.The regional differences gradually decreased and the absolute differences increased slowly.The spatial correlation was not significant Shanghai,Guangxi,Hainan has been at a weak level of sustainable development,the other has reached a strong level of sustainable development.At present,only Shanghai has entered a strong sustainable development level.?The coordination degree is in the transition period from the antagonistic stage to the running-in stage,the coupling coordination degree presents an overall rising trend in time series,the spatial coupling coordination degree is expanding,the stress effect between marine ecological pressure and marine economic and social system is still severe.
