In our country, as the reform of the economic and personnel system deepens, the flow of talent with the characteristic of "two-way choice" has become increasingly active. Therefore, giving full play to the talent market is important in promoting reasonable flow of talents and the economic development. Based on the function of the talent market in the market economy, this paper chooses talent market in southern China as the research object, and analyzes the talent market environment, competitiveness and existing problems. Specific development strategy for China Southern talent market were also put forward.This paper is divided into four parts. The first part is the first chapter, the introduction. It mainly expounds the research background, the significance of the topic, concept definition, methodology and research ideas. It also researches and analyzes the related literature on talent market and enterprise development strategy. The second part, including the second chapter, the third chapter and the fourth chapter, is the introduction and analysis of China Southern talent market. Firstly, it analyzes the development course and reform of Southern talent market, business development and corporate organizational structure. Then it analyzes the China Southern talent market environment. Finally, it studies the competitiveness of China Southern talent market. The third part is chapter five. According to the preceding analysis, it illustrates the development strategy of China Southern talent market, and uses the SWOT method to discuss the market in southern China. This part also plans corresponding strategy according to the actual situation. Based on this strategic planning, the author decomposes the strategic targets and implements the targets to specific development projects. The fourth part is the sixth chapter, which summarizes the main conclusion of this paper. This thesis tries to research and analyze China Southern talent market, and can provides a useful reference to the current development of Chinese talent market.
