With the development of the objective world,the growth rate of Chinese economy is shifting down,which is not simply to evaluated by GDP growth.Under the background of increasingly fierce market competition and rapidly changing of internal and external environment,human resources have become the important factors of the core competitiveness of enterprises.Strategic human resources planning is an important work to achieve the strategic objectives of the organization,with sufficient human resources.This paper is based on the theory of human resource strategic planning,through the analysis of E company(which is a Integrated Company established in 2013 engaging in electric power equipment research and development,manufacturing,sales)in the current economic environment,under the fierce external competition situation in power automation industry,as a start-up company facing the differences between strategic planning and actual development of enterprises,through elaborate and analyze human resources strategic planning situation of E company,combined with management problems in past 3 years,from the perspective of human resources analysis of the core issues in the start-up period,identify potential risks,the company's future development strategy based on five years of operation,in line with the development of human resource strategic planning and business development needs through strategic human resources planning of E company to design,solve the enterprise organization structure,design competitive compensation and benefit proposal,training and development of talents Enterprise culture construction and other aspects of the problem,in order to meet the company's strategic planning in the next five years,the matching of human resources.In this paper,through literature research,data analysis and survey methods to analyze the current situation of human resources for E company,which is still in the initial stage with small business scale,relatively simple organization structure,position setting is not perfect,the market is still to be expanded,facing the status of lack the necessary experience in the industry and the external environment,but have a lot of opportunities,to provide professional human resource strategic planning.
