With the arrival of the global economic era,the rapid development of information technology,Chinese market economy further development,Chinese companies are changing from management-orient of information and opportunity to guide to strategic orientation of sustainable development.The focus of competition from the acquisition of material capital,to the effective cultivation and allocation of knowledge resources.Enterprises through continuous innovation or through cost reduction to achieve sustained competitive advantage,Must rely on to adapt the current market demand and Excellent customer who satisfies customer value proposition.As an important part of enterprise management,How Human Resource Management Can Support Enterprise 's Strategic Development,How to Construct Strategic Human Resource Management System,Has become a prerequisite and decisive factors for achieving corporate strategy.due to the absence of strategic human resource management ability,make enterprise human resource management activities can not support the enterprise strategic target realization.This paper takes Y Group Jiangxi Branch Company as the research object.On the basis of research and summarization of basic theory and relevant research literature.Through the use of PEST and SWOT model analysis Y Group and Jiangxi Branch Company of the competitive environment and business environment.And on the basis of this,combined with Y Group's long-term strategic objectives,This paper analyzes the problems and shortcomings of Jiangxi branch in the current strategic human resource management.From the perspective of strategic human resource management planning,Research and analysis of the basic principles of planning and design,the overall thinking and objectives,And proposed the relevant implementation path and system guarantee policy recommendations.
