In the knowledge economy period,the human resource is regarded as the most important resource of the enterprise,who decides the future development of the enterprise and the realization of enterprise strategic target.The human resource management of enterprise is gradually changing from the traditional functional management into the management period of strategic human resources,and the human resource's plan which looks as the foundational work of the human resources management,is the connection between the enterprise strategy and the human resources management,appears more important.Tourism is the world's fastest growing,one of the most promising new industry.SB Tourism Group is the leading enterprise of Yunnan Tourism,has formulated its strategic aim of the grand comprehensive tourism enterprises group with modern tourism and modern service industry as its target.How to build a strategic human resource planning system to ensure the realization of the strategic objectives of enterprises,is the imperative thing of the Group.This thesis,founded on the domestic and foreign related research results,has realized a deep analysis and research on how to apply this theory in the enterprise and how the enterprise implements this idea based on the human resource plan model and the design of plan project.Based on the relevant theories,this paper points out that strategic human resource management is the inevitable trend of human resource management.This article adopts the research method of theoretical analysis and empirical combination,based on the basic situation,strategic objectives and human resource management of SB Tourism Group,identify the problems and key points of human resource management in SB Tourism Group,through internal and external environment analysis,the strategic human resource planning of SB tourism Group is designed,and the conditions and strategies for the improvement are put forward,guide the implementation of human resource strategy of SB Tourism Group.The results of research of this thesis,from theory to practice,demonstrate a clear logic and a great feasibility,refer for theorists and practitioners with so good value.
