Based on the theory of strategic human resources planning, by using the example of CC2, a SME management software company, and by utilizing the methods of interview, survey and data collection, this thesis studied the status quo and existing problems of nowadays corporate human resources management. On the basis of such study, the author used the techniques of strategic human resources planning to analyze and to forecast CC2's human resources demand and supply. Furthermore, the author developed the overall plan on corporate human resources planning, also, measures for implementing such plan. Finally, the author brought into attention several key points in making human resources planning for SMEs.The whole thesis is grounded on enterprises' practical needs. By using the theories of human resources planning, the author proposed a to-the-point and practical forecasting method for human resources strategic planning. Such proposal aims to facilitate, for corporate managers, the effective development and management of human resources, and thus to promote the enterprise's ability to adapt to the external market demand for human resources. Therefore, the allocation of human resources in a enterprise will be optimized, the enterprise will be directed toward a sound development, and enterprise's performance and competitiveness will be enhanced.
