Research On The Optimization Of Sichuan Changhong Financial Shared Service Center Under The Background Of "Big Data, Intelligence, Mobility And Cloud

In recent years,representative technologies such as big data,artificial intelligence,mobile internet,and cloud computing have entered people’s production and life with pioneering steps.In this context,in order to find new endogenous power,enterprises also actively use the new technology of "big intelligence moving to the cloud" to make enterprises move from decentralized management to centralized management mode.As the forefront of financial reform,the Financial Sharing Service Center can concentrate the basic financial work of subsidiaries to special institutions for corresponding processing,and uniformly monitor and manage the financial data of the whole enterprise,While reducing costs and improving work efficiency,it also reduces the financial risk of the enterprise to a certain extent.But on the path of seeking new development,it has been stagnant and the internal structure remains unchanged.Therefore,in order to adapt to the development direction of the market and the needs of enterprise financial management transformation,enterprises should accelerate the pace of optimizing and upgrading financial shared service centers.This article selects Sichuan Changhong as a case enterprise and uses literature research,case study,comparative analysis,and a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis to analyze the problems existing in Sichuan Changhong Financial Shared Service Center.Firstly,by consulting domestic and foreign materials,a literature review is compiled,and the relevant overview and theoretical basis used in the writing process of the paper are elaborated;Secondly,based on the current situation of Sichuan Changhong Financial Shared Service Center,this paper analyzes the operational effectiveness of the financial shared service center from multiple aspects,and explains the development and benefits that Sichuan Changhong brings to the group after implementing financial sharing through analysis;Once again,it indicates that although Changhong has made significant achievements in the implementation of financial sharing,there are still some problems that need to be analyzed from the aspects of information systems,business processes,and personnel management.Finally,optimization suggestions are made for the existing problems.Sichuan Changhong established a financial shared service center earlier,which is highly valued and experienced internally,and can provide basic support for subsequent optimization.Therefore,this article hopes to provide corresponding reference significance for other enterprises to optimize and upgrade their financial shared service centers under the background of "big intelligence moving cloud" through the analysis of Sichuan Changhong.
