With the further development of network and information,In the face of global market expanding,A large number of advanced multinational companies to seek new globalism operation model, 24-hour knowledge factory(24HrKF) is arisen in this content. IBM and other companies in the aspect of software development have been trying to use the new model, For example, in silicon valley for software development and demand analysis, Australia is system designing, the software test is in India, the service support is in China。 The essence of 24 HrKF is knowledge sharing and collaboration between distributed team members, How to make efficient collaboration and knowledge sharing in distributed team is the key. In order to solve the problem of the effectiveness of collaboration and knowledge sharing. This study is based on the existing 24 HrKF global operations research literature, In combination with collaboration and sharing of knowledge, Teasing existing research on the service support system, and analysis IT distributed team members demanding for existing service support system in multinational company, On this basis to build the three layer structure model of service support system based on 24 HrKF. This research in order to multinational companies and overseas outsourcing of IT project team for the target user. Through interviews, questionnaire on the Internet and offline to issue paper questionnaire method to analysis the research object. This study collected 229 copies of user. Finally, according to the characters of 24 HrKF and target user requirements, From the Angle of product design, designing the three layer model of service support system based on 24 HrKF. And put the global thought of Costume design in 24 HrKF. The conclusions presented would be helpful to accomplish future theoretical research on 24 HrKF.
