Based on visiting on many domestic 3C Product industrial design practitioners and a number of design companies, this thesis summarized the history, the fruits of industrial design in domestic 3C product manufacturers and the difficulties were confronted with. It also analyzed the industry condition, background and the development trend of industrial design of 3C products in the future.This thesis introduced and summed up the different methods of tactical and strategic user experience research, and took the case of Nokia Only Planet Project as an example, introduced the situation that large international 3C product manufacturing enterprises attached importance to user experience and were doing research on user experience based on various of local culture, and they used the research results as the important supports to transform themselves from hardware manufacturers to service-oriented products providers. At the same time, the paper introduced the change of design innovation model generated by 3c product integration and new meaning of the services provided by 3c integrated products, and pointed out that the industrial design professionals would shoulder major responsibility and get new opportunities in the new product development organizations which include strategic user experience department, tactical user experience department, product design department.This paper analyzed 3C product development trends——based on international common technology platform to provide local service, and put forward the basic idea that for domestic 3c product manufacturers, to form their own unique advantages in the international competition, they should narrow the technology gap with foreign advanced enterprises under the background of the flat global market and the homogenization of technology, develop and research various local services and 3C integrated products to meet to the demands which formed with local culture and different lift style, form the unique characteristics of China's brand products and services by promoting the advanced local 3C products and services to the international market through the common international business and technology platform.At last, took several innovative development cases of 3C integration products with different situations, this thesis further clarified the trend that the traditional innovative design of 3C products would changed their development direction to service design which based on local culture. At the same time, there would be more space for 3C hardware products developing. The competition of 3C products innovative design would be promoting higher level. Domestic 3C products manufacturers needed to construct their innovative mechanisms and design creative model that can meet the demand of 3C products industry development. They must change their traditional values of 3C products development, and change their existing models of innovative design, and they also need to promote their traditional 3C products innovative design models from performance level, construction level to structure level, content level and strategic level.
