The shift from the industrial economy to the service economy is the second structural change in the world economy.In 2018,China Modernization Report states that the Chinese economy is in a transition period from an industrial economy to a service economy,and plans to complete the transition to a service economy and a knowledge economy in the next 35 years.Service-oriented technology and product integration are becoming the development trend of various industries.Service innovation is gradually replacing product innovation as the key to improving market competitiveness and customer recognition,and service design is the method to achieve this.As the company with the highest market value in the world today,Apple's service model innovation,service design and iterative methods are worthy of research and reference by Chinese companies.The thesis is based on interdisciplinary research,combined with the status quo of service and service design research,and combines design,management,and psychology-related theories into service design.By analyzing the development background of service design at the three levels of economy,society and enterprise,the concept of service design are established.Based on the actual cases of successful companies,the necessity and importance of service innovation for the company are clarified from the perspective of the company's internal and external(customer)perspectives,and the value and significance of service design are discussed.The principles,design methods and tools of service design are put forward,and the management theory system is used to solve the difficult evaluation of service design,and the basic theoretical framework of service design is established.On this basis,service design thinking and methods are applied to corporate innovation and social problems,and provide theoretical help and practical tools for solving complex problems in business and society through service design practices.At the same time,expand people's understanding of services and service design,focus on service thinking,and promote the development of service design.
