Festival tourism resources are rich in our country, with the improvement of material level, tourism market is becoming mature, enthusiastic in participation Festival activities are increasingly higher. The current social situation brings lifestyle and consumption psychology changes. Consumer Psychology from substance tend to emotional and spiritual satisfaction, showing independent and personality features. Users pay more attention to the service and experience of product. So user-centered service mode has become an important development direction, how to use the service design thinking to design event tourism product with good user experience has strong practical significance.Tourists look for event tourism products can behalf of their special experience that participate in festival activities. Event tourism product highlight the participation ? entertainment and special travel experience compared with the common product. Firstly, in this paper, we got event tourism product demand factors include emotion? cultural ?systematic ? sustainable and interaction elements through event tourism product design and service issues, opportunities and challenges under the current social situation and festival tourists motivations research.Based on service design and festival tourism theory, puts forward two steering of event tourism product design in the fourth chapter section. Event tourism product design from providing products to create a common platform for participation; From design products to provide entertainment and education services. Then build the event tourism product service design concept model,after analysis SET model?behavioral roles?interactive media.The model is divided into three parts enterprise, service platform and user. Service platform is the core of the model, it plays the role of connecting businesses and users.in the product development process, Enterprises take users into every aspect of the service through Participation?Customization and other forms of cooperation, to improve product experience value and credibility. Community is also the important model direction.through social form a solid user network, not only enhance the use of viscosity but also meet the user's social and intellectual needs.Finally, this paper takes intelligent kite on the background of WeiFang kite festival as an design practice, in order to verify the theoretical results.The research of event tourism product design on the concept of service design has two purposes. on the one hand, for maximizing value of tourism resources and user resources, deepening the connection between the user and the enterprise, improving the service quality of existing products. On the other hand, the combination of products and services also help to increase product value chain, improve the efficiency of enterprise. This study will have a certain reference and guidance significance to improve the competitiveness?attractive and Sustainability of the event tourism product.
