With the development of China's industrialization process,industrial clusters have made rapid progress in our country.It is a major feature of the development of China's massive economy,which has played an increasingly important role in the development of regional economy.In the industrial cluster,the members have specialized business and form a long-term stability and highly competitive cooperation relationship.They interact with each other and constantly promote the development of industrial clusters,and then form competitive advantage of the cluster.Through the analysis of industrial clusters,this paper regards the industrial cluster as a business organization model which provides diversified products for the customer base,satisfying the individual needs of customers,dynamic and flexible and widely coordinated.This paper calls it the generalized manufacturing system.With the increase in market competition pressure,while the diversification and individualization of users and the market for product shape,function and other requirements,forcing enterprises to speed up the development of products and improve the level of product design,while a business resource,design capacity and level are limited,so the members of the industry cluster need to continue to strengthen cooperation with other member companies,through a certain information sharing,knowledge sharing,mutual cooperation to complete the entire product design and processing to meet the market fast,personalized demand,which becomes the new demands faced by industrial clusters in generalized manufacturing system in new era.In this paper,the product collaborative design of industrial cluster generalized manufacturing system is taken as the research object,aiming at the orderly coordination and cooperation at the cluster level,improving the overall competitiveness of the industrial cluster and responding to the rapidly changing global market.With the continuous development of industrial clusters,the competition between partial member enterprises is too intense,and has gradually evolved into vicious competition,product homogeneity is serious,layout pattern of number enterprises in the industrial cluster environment is disorganized,also,in the process of product collaborative design,there is a problem that the demand information of supply chain enterprises is not accurate,the design efficiency is not high in the concept design process,and the innovation ability is insufficient.The emergence of these problems is not conducive to the healthy development of industrial clusters.With the arrival of big data age,the value of data assets has attracted a lot of business attention,and a large number of industrial area data has been accumulated in the industrial cluster,as well as the network available data resources.These data resources can be transformed into cluster-oriented knowledge service through scientific processing.This paper puts forward the idea of data driven industrial cluster product collaborative design based on the problems of product co-design of industrial cluster generalized manufacturing system.This paper aims at improving the whole innovation ability and the competition level of the product design of industrial clusters by using the product collaborative design for the industrial cluster generalized manufacturing system level as the research object and the knowledge service of the data driven product collaborative design as the breakthrough point.Firstly,this paper constructs the conceptual model of generalized manufacturing system,puts forward the business process model and organization model of collaborative design of industrial cluster products,and puts forward the framework of data-driven product cluster product collaborative design knowledge service model.Secondly,in the cluster level,three core knowledge service based on data resources are studied:(1)product layout design of industrial cluster(2)demand analysis(3)the process of conceptual design,and the corresponding knowledge service models are constructed separately,and the related techniques and methods are studied.Finally,the author designs the knowledge service prototype system of the industrial cluster product collaborative design,carries on the design of the system overall function module,designs the overall system framework,and develops the function module of the system.The development and use of the system will be beneficial to the efficiency of product collaborative design and promote the healthy development of the whole industrial cluster.
