Nowadays, in the fierce market competition environment, rely solely on the number of human capital is not enough to gain the initiative in the fierce market must be to fully tap the human capital and the potential to better more stable status of the enterprise in the market and to help the enterprise to obtain the competitive advantage. Therefore, how to continue to tap the potential of enterprise human capital has become a hot topic in the field of some common research. In the field of psychology, positive psychology is one of the important branches, the branches in recent years won the substantial progress in the study, but also to achieve a continuous integration and many fields, to positive psychology to improve employee individual performance research is in this case to psychology research on enterprise human capital development potential and a research hotspot. Employee individual performance is affected by psychological factors and emotional factors, which is very common, with the help of positive psychology, it is necessary to improve the performance of employees.First,the research background and significance are discussed, and research achievements at home and abroad on positive psychology and employee performance of summary; after the positive psychology definition, core ideas and effective application to launch the elaboration, as well as on employee performance definition and influence factors were analyzed. On this basis, the author makes full use of positive psychological quality, employee performance scale and population knowledge volume to participants in the study carried out in the experimental group and control group intervention, analysis and statistics, statistical process used SPSS software. Through the implementation of the intervention of the positive psychology, positive psychological quality of personnel in the experimental group and individual performance to carry on the analysis found: positive psychology intervention can effectively improve the employee’s individual performance. In the experimental group of employees, the implementation of positive psychology intervention, but not positive psychological quality has beenImproved and the individual performance has been effectively improved. In addition, employees’ positive psychology quality exist potential transfer effect, the experimental group staff implementation of positive psychology intervention, through the pass through effect, promote the positive psychological character of close relationship with the employees, and enhance the closely related to employee’s job performance. The research, to guide enterprises from the angle of psychology to intervene in individual psychology, behavior, and performance, so as to continuously promote the enterprise staff personal potential play, maximize enhance employees performance and the overall performance of the enterprise has important practical significance.
