Along with paying attention to the education, the business enterprise employee’scharacter is widespread raising and the knowledge-type employee walk into variousbusiness enterprise. The exaltation of prosperity and knowledge level of economy makesthe concern degree of the research of people to the oneself and oneself demand also moreand more high. However in the business enterprise, but the employee’s spirit demandingconcern degree didn’t immediately raise, therefore the concern employee’s mental need isthe new challenge that human resource management faces.The need changes motivation and then changes a person’s behavior. Generallyspeaking, the employee’s behavior is influenced by its mental factor to some extent, theactively upward mental status may promote the employee’s positive behavior. In the end ofthe20th century, Chairman Seligman of American Mental Association brought about"positive psychology movement", and this caused numerous scholars to carry onresearches about it.Then use it in human resource management of enterprises.The starting point of this text research is actively mental quality to have the influenceon the employee’s behavior tendency. To research the employee mental state and to makeit in aggressive status, may raise employee behavior orientation and then promotes theefficiency of human resource management.According to reviews business enterprisehuman resource management, analyses domestic and international research presentcondition, puts forward the meaning of this research. Introduces the people’s philosophy,the research theory of human resource management and actively mental quality andestablishes theory research foundation to this text.Investigates and analyses the humanresource circumstance of Dicastal Xinglong company and the employee satisfactionthrough the angle of actively mental quality function; and analyses Dicastal Xinglongcompany influence factor about the employee’s positive psychology character.Researchesthe influence on the human resource management efficiency to the employee behaviorsubjected to positive psychology character influence basing on the human naturedevelopment and the quality increasing character, and analyses its interaction method andpromoting path, makes it to be drawn lessons from, applies to business enterprise human resource management and improves the competition ability of business enterprise.
