An Empirical Study Of Positive Stress Reaction And Its Influencing Factors In Stress Management Of Business Enterprise

In the context of the development of positive psychology and positive organization behavior, on the basis of summarizing the existing theory of stress management, this paper researches on positive stress reaction taking Shandong Weifang general merchandise group for research object by Copenhagen Psychosocial Questionnaire.First, this paper takes a hypothesis that there are positive stress reactions. According to the existing research conclusions, this paper sets conditions of the positive stress reaction and uses the statistical software to analysis on the statistical results of Copenhagen Psychosocial Questionnaire. This paper divides the stress reaction into three parts: somatic stress reaction, cognitive stress reaction and behavior stress reaction.Second, this paper takes a hypothesis that the individual differences will cause different reactions. This paper researches the individual differences of positive stress reaction by sex, age, working age, educational credential and duty. Discuss and summarize the five variables' effects on positive stress reaction.Third, in order to investigate the factor that can affect the positive stress reaction, this paper takes the hypotheses that there is a correlation between psychological contract and positive stress reaction and there is a correlation between positive organization behavior and positive stress reaction. The psychological contract has an intersection with the positive stress reaction. The positive organization behavior has a similar background and purpose with the positive stress reaction. So this paper takes those hypotheses and proves that the psychological contract has a correlation with the positive stress reaction and the positive organization behavior has a correlation with the positive stress reaction. They are the key influencing factors to the positive stress reactions.
