With the development of the world, the knowledge economy and the creativewealth are the main factors for developing the world economy. Meanwhile, theknowledge work is the main characteristic of the development. The knowledge staffhas been becoming the backbone of the enterprises. Consequently, the incentivemechanism of the enterprises should be based on their psychological demands,characteristics of personalities and quality accomplishments to motivate thepotentiality develop the ability and benefit the enterprise.Under the background, the incentive mechanism for knowledge staff from theperspective of positive psychology is researched on in the article from the theory andthe positivism model aspects. The methods of literature, questionnaire, surveyanalysis, case analysis and so on has been used to figure out the ways of helping thestaff have the positive psychological and the enthusiastic work status for getting theresearch result of settling out the problems of the incentive mechanism for theknowledge staff. In the article, the definitions, the characteristics and the relations ofthe knowledge staff, the positive psychology and the incentive mechanism areresearched to find out the usage and meaning of the positive psychology to theincentive mechanism for the knowledge staff for the model of the incentivemechanism for knowledge staff from the perspective of positive psychology. On theother hand, the model is perfected through the analysis and the solution on theproblems of the incentive mechanism for the staff in Enterprises D.The innovation of the article, the incentive mechanism for knowledge staff fromthe perspective of positive psychology, is the pioneering attempt of the positivepsychology theory in practice and the innovative exploration of the incentivemechanism with the humanistic care according to the situation that the group of theknowledge staff has been enlarged. The result of the research is the model for theincentive mechanism through the innovative way of analyzing and researching thepsychological characteristics of the knowledge staff with the theories of psychologyunlike the situation before, in which the researches were mainly about the humanresources management.There are five chapters in the article, the exordium of the background andmeaning of the research, the introduction of the theories, the model of the incentivemechanism for knowledge staff from the perspective of positive psychology, theresearch and the analysis on Enterprise D and the conclusion and expectation..
