As companies participate in the market deepening,the talented person is becoming more and more important to the company.To attract and retain high-quality staff has become an very important task to the human resource management,and increase employees’ job satisfaction also become an quite critical challenge.On the other hand, the modern enterprise employees often bear the pressure come from work, family and other aspects.The more talented person, the more the chances of them suffering from anxiety, depression and other mental illness.The long-term negative mental state often bring burnout, workplace conflict, tedious work and other issues,which would direct weaken their performance and reduce their job satisfaction. Thus,It’s become increasingly urgent for us to study the influence of the mental state of the individual employee and their job satisfaction.The positive thinking research belong to the individual cognitive studies of Organizational Behavior.and It’s based on positive psychology.By examining the individual’s cognitive model of effect on their emotional.To make a thorough inquiry the effect of positive thinking on Job Satisfaction.The recently studies show that positive thinking would help employees maintain good mental state,and create greater value for the enterprise.At the same time, the employees who holds positive thinking is more optimistic when they face difficulties and challenges.In the first,This study explore the meaning and the mechanism of positive thinking,and combed the dimensions of positive thinking,Then we discusses the definition of job satisfaction and their factors. And reviewed the relationship between positive thinking and their job satisfaction.Secondly,Proposed theoretical model and research hypothesis of this paper.In the last,I use empirical analysis to verify the hypothesis.And reached the following conclusions:1.Employee optimistic explanatory style have a significant positive impact on job satisfaction;2.Employees rational cognitive beliefs have a significant positive impact on job satisfaction;3.Employees have the habit of positive comments about significant positive impact on their job satisfaction.
