With the development of the times, an increasing number of enterprise managers have realized that individual employee behaviour and coordinating role of the organizational environment are inseparable factors to determine the completion of a task. Meanwhile, employees’ working behaviour tends to be greatly affected by their subject feelings to their work and enterprises. Psychological factors and the perception of organizations of employees have become the focus of human resources management. Therefore, developing and motivating employees’ initiative is considered as one of requisite task to achieve competitive advantages in one industry.Positive psychology is a study from positive perspectives to focus on human psychology quality, the harmonious development of human health and happiness. Based on the previous related literature, this research will introduce the positive psychology perspective by using questionnaire and empirical analysis to explore the relationship between enterprise employees’ positive stress and job satisfaction in China. The contribution of this research is to enrich knowledge of this field by formulating positive psychological capital as a moderator variable.By doing research, the study has found:(1) There is a significant positive correlation between positive stressors and job satisfaction;(2) Psychological capital has played an active adjusting role in the relationship between positive stressors and job satisfaction;(3) Employees individual differences lead to different perception degree of positive stressors, formation of job satisfaction and psychological capital.Finally, in accordance of the empirical conclusions, the author will summarize a series of suggestions in order to provide some references for further research.
