In March 15, 2015, the CPC Central Committee and the State Council jointly issued the "opinions" on the further deepening of the power system, to start a new round of reform of electric power system. The new electricity reform program highlights is the largest social capital to release power distribution business, it can be seen that under the design of the framework of the reform, the power supply enterprise will be in a more incentive competition in the market. In this context, in order to survive and improve business efficiency, we should focus on from the internal potential, improve the management level, especially to improve the marketing level.The paper analyzes the present situation of electric power marketing BaiYin Power Supply Company and the existing problems. Baiyin power supply company, under the unified leadership of the province, building marketing agencies and their system. At present, the problems existing in the electric power marketing of Baiyin power supply company mainly lack of scientific and complete marketing system, the lack of overall planning and innovation, the lack of high-quality marketing team, lack of a solid material foundation. In order to develop appropriate marketing strategies, we must make the marketing environment analysis. Marketing environment refers to the objective factors of various kinds of external power supply and demand effects related to marketing activities, Baiyin power supply company.
