In recent years,with the deepening of China's reform and opening up,the rapid development of social economy,make China's power industry has been rapid development.Since the State Council promulgated the "national electric power system reform program" in 2002,China's power industry power industry has been basically separated,and the main power,power investment is also diversified development,power market has formed an open and orderly,fair competition market structure,government,society and the vast number of users of electricity demand is also growing.Therefore,in the current competitive market environment,the power supply enterprise how to occupy a place has become an important issue to consider.Taking Dongying Shandong district power supply company as an example,this paper analyzes the current situation of China's power supply company's power marketing,based on 4C theory and relationship marketing theory,and analyzes the macro environment and power market competition power of Dongying district power supply company by using PEST analysis and Potter model.Using SWOT analysis method,the advantages and disadvantages of power supply company in Dongying district were analyzed,the advantages of service,image,management,talent,etc.,the main advantages of technical equipment,energy consumption,energy consumption,energy consumption,the development of electric vehicles,the main external threats.According to the analysis results,we believe that the Dongying district power supply company should take the SO strategy,give full play to their own advantages,use the external opportunity,combine the power marketing problems,formulate the specific measures to improve the marketing strategy of Dongying district power supply company.
