Electric power market in China has been in a seller’s monopoly, the electric power enterprise’s profit has been able to get effective safeguard, the marketization of electric power market marketing system, there is a big space for development. Since the new reform of electricity market, the social capital into the sell electricity market, to the seller’s monopoly of original electric power enterprise. This paper, by using relevant theories of marketing management, using SWOT analysis method, based on the H power supply company of electric power marketing system environment and at present,the company existing problems and its reasons were analyzed, and put forward from the service and management, product, price, promotion way reform, from the organizational structure, human resources, safeguard funds support, to develop a suitable for H power supply company of electric power marketing strategy, to meet the coming of the electric power system reform.
