In the era of knowledge economy, as an essential power source for enterprises’ development, knowledge has attracted great attention from the enterprises. Enterprises should always keep up with the pace of the development, grasp the information from the market and improve their own level of knowledge assets and management level in order to enhance their comprehensive strength and raise their status in the industrial competition. Knowledge training is an effective way for enterprises to acquire new knowledge, consolidate pre-existing knowledge, promote the exchange of knowledge, and help the enterprises compensate the knowledge gaps, increase the stock of knowledge, improve innovation capability and improve the management atmosphere, and then ensure the long-term development.This article primarily analyses the theory of enterprise training, knowledge management and knowledge training from their concept, process and significance, then I mainly use the methods of game analysis, data mining and cluster analysis to research the demand and decision-making of the knowledge training. Firstly, I analyze the relationship between the enterprise’s personal knowledge-identify and the staffs’job-hopping with the method of economic game, then get the equilibrium results. Secondly, I analyze the relationship between the enterprise’s commitment to reward and the staffs’attitude in participating in the training, and get the best action strategy. Knowledge-identify and incentive strategies are two important aspects in the enterprise knowledge training, and with the properly employing of them, the enterprise can enhance the knowledge-training efficiency and enterprise interests.We should use appropriate knowledge and date processing tools to handle knowledge training demand conditions and make reasonable decisions. In this paper, we apply data mining technology into knowledge-training:firstly, use data mining technology to find out and identify the internal knowledge, employees’ knowledge and external knowledge, then build a knowledge base for the application in the future. Secondly, we build a model of knowledge-discovery and knowledge-application based on date-mining and make a hierarchical division for the needed knowledge, then though the analysis of corporate knowledge stock and compared with the enterprise needed knowledge, draw a demand model based on knowledge stock. Finally, divide the needed knowledge into several categories according to the importance of the knowledge, mastery of knowledge and the urgency of the needs with the method of clustering analysis, then make a final decision pertinently.With the knowledge training, we achieve the discovery, identify, storage, use, innovation and management with knowledge, and we enhance the knowledge level of the staffs and enterprises as well as promoting the accumulation of knowledge of the enterprises. Then enhance employees’sense of belonging and the cohesion of the enterprise, and make the enterprises take an advantage in the fierce market competition and promote the long-term strategic development.
