The advent of knowledge-based economy indicates that knowledge enterprises are bound to become the pillar and quantities of traditional businesses are gradually transforming to be knowledge-based, which means not only a challenge but also an opportunity to China's knowledge-based enterprises.Aiming to explore employee training in the knowledge enterprises, the paper first expatiates upon their background, definition, characteristics and characteristics of knowledge employees, followed by a rough review of the main employee training theories. Analysis on the current situation of employee training in the present Chinese knowledge enterprises makes it imperative that complete and effective systems of training implementation and training maintenance should be established. Having briefly introduced the training model as a whole in Chapter 4, the author illustrated the four aspects, namely training demand, training program design, evaluation and communication of training results, so as to set up the training implementation system. Meanwhile, according to the characteristics of knowledge enterprises and their employees, emphasis has been laid on two novel but effective training methods and the evaluation model of ROI. In the last chapter, elaboration on motivation of training, transfer of training and risk of training offers evidence to build up a system of training maintenance in order to facilitate employees' self-promotion, improve transfer of training, cement training results and reduce training risks.
