Knowledge-sharing not only is the core but also is one of most difficult points to knowledge management. In a knowledge-oriented enterprise, Knowledge resources are the core competitiveness of enterprises, and these knowledge resources are mainly in the form of tacit knowledge is stored in the minds of knowledge workers, which led to the loss of knowledge workers for knowledge-based enterprises a great deal of risk. In order to reduce the loss of knowledge workers for business losses caused by the loss of knowledge workers to minimize the risk, the study of knowledge sharing is particularly important。The dissertation is composed of 4 parts in logical order. At first , the topics described in this article the background and significance, the use of research tools and methods, as well as the innovation of this article. Then, knowledge-sharing literature review, introduces the theory of knowledge-sharing and knowledge-sharing literature, including knowledge-sharing risks and problems and obstacles ,and the application of the status quo at home and abroad, and on this basis an analysis of the Review of the literature. And then, combined with a knowledge-based enterprises and the characteristics of knowledge workers and knowledge-sharing model of research, put forward the innovative means of knowledge-sharing ---- comprehensive training theory. This part gives a comprehensive definition of training and guiding ideology, put forward a comprehensive training to achieve the conditions and take the main form of methodology, as well as other measures. Combining theory and practice of enterprise knowledge-sharing in the operational level the practice of providing guidance ideas. Finally, the case of AB software company was used in this paper. In some empirical studies, the first is the brief introduction of AB software company and its training status, and then on the AB software application comprehensive training process in detail and conducted a questionnaire survey . Based on the findings to the full article as a theoretical basis for the training mode, I made three assumptions, the first assumption : head office staff and branch staff on the use of interactive training modules to share positive; the second assumption : head office staff with branch staff training needs are undifferentiated; the last assumption : head office staff and branch staff on the use of a comprehensive training model for knowledge-sharing role in promoting positive. The author analyzes the non-parametric test by using SPSS-----Chi-square test approach for demonstration. According to the results verify the conclusion: a comprehensive training model is suitable for knowledge-sharing software company AB training mode. This article seeks to knowledge-based enterprise solutions for knowledge-sharing to provide new ideas for the enterprise will provide a new theoretical method used in practice, so the way through knowledge sharing knowledge workers to minimize the risk of loss. Finally, this study based on the scope and depth of knowledge-sharing and the current status quo, this paper put forward the conclusion of the study, pointed out that the overall development of ideas, and pointed out the limitations of this paper and the issues to be further studied.
