Training has been increasingly regarded as one of the major means to accelerate human capital in Knowledge-based society by all types of enterprises and organizations. So it demands better skills and quality of staff. Both academic and practical fields of management have also paid more attention to research the validity of training. As for the situation of training in China today, the prominent problem is that training is useless. This embarrassing situation makes neither enterprise nor the staff gets any corresponding gain after using much manpower, material resources, financial resources and energy.Relations of knowledge and practice originated from philosophy. As the view of Wang Yang Ming’s philosophy, it investigated the relations of thinking and existence, knowledge and action, also theory and practice. In order to get real knowledge, relations of knowledge and practice asked to practice after getting the knowledge. Knowledge and practice have identity in practice. This theory was put forward hundreds of years ago, but it can still guide the actions in daily life to consistent with the knowledge of politics, morality and education.The present study took the Wang’s view of the unity of knowledge and practice, addressed the main reason for the lack of the effect of training is that present training management models lack the link which can make the skills learned from training used in the real work. The present study based on the review of previous’ studies about training and training management models, summarized and analyzed the influencing factors of training effect, then addressed the hypothesis, and work out the questionnaire about the factor of training transfer and come up with the new training transfer model. Researcher analyzed the data collected from the online surveys and proved the hypothesis, also corrected the training management model which was addressed. The present study showed the new training management model of improving training effect from optimizing the training management models. The researcher expected that the conclusion of the present study was helpful to improve the validity of enterprise training. |
