The enterprise is more and more regarded as a knowledge flow constructed enterprise. However, the knowledge is not static. All kinds of knowledge can be worked well only when they are put into practice through the staff, and converted to be performance contributor. As the enterprise knowledge carrier, the knowledgeable staff is one of the most valuable assets of the enterprise. This will also determine the competition ability of the enterprise. To provide knowledgeable staff with training and development is one of the important contents to human resources management. Training is an important role by digging and consolidation on enterprise useful knowledge, to make employees master use, so as to improve the quality of the enterprise staff, the promote enterprise’s core competitive ability. In the fierce market competition, enterprise gradually understand, enterprise competition is said to technology and talent competition in the era of knowledge economy. Human resource is the most valuable resources. Talents are the source of competitive advantage of enterprise. No matter what type of enterprise, the factor which decides the enterprise’s prosperity and decline success or failure, is to own the talented person with learning ability. Therefore, training is considered to cultivate the competitive power of enterprise in the most effective means. Talents training have caused numerous successful enterprises with great importance. Along with the increasingly furious marketing competition, how to establish suitable enterprise training system, how to improve the capacity of employees and enhance enterprise core competitive ability, has become the reality of the issue for one enterprise.This paper starts with the introduction of definition of training, the knowledge staffs definition, employee training theory of the development of the research, then analyze the importance of training system, design the training system for knowledge staff with related principle. By studying the YI XIN and its industry business environment, development characteristics, current human resources situation, this paper expounds its faced opportunities and challenges. Through the analysis of the characteristics of corporate knowledge employees masters, YI XIN analyze the current situation and found the existed problem, and to summarize training target, so as to guide the training route. Then, with the order of implementation of the system by training, training curriculum system, this thesis presents in details of YI XIN training system ideas as well as the actual design details, trying to design a practical knowledge workers YI XIN training system. And finally by a summary of designed training system, it proposed related limitations of this paper, and the expectations of the development of enterprise training management. |
