The21st century is a new economy era, in which, knowledge become the most important resources outstripping labor, capital and natural resources. It will become the most important asset and a key factor to distinguish enterprise from its competitors. Person is the carrier of knowledge, also the knowledge creators and users. The cultivation of talents attaches great importance by business executives. As an important means of talent cultivation, staff training will improve staff knowledge and skills to promote knowledge sharing and innovation; On the other hand, personal knowledge can be translated into the organizational knowledge and enterprise assets.Based on the knowledge management, this paper takes staff training as the research object to indicate it is an indispensable means of increasing the stock of organizational knowledge through analyzing of the present situation of Company M and the importance of staff training. The main content of training system, which is based on training system of knowledge management, has been discussed detailed. Knowledge management features, according to the SECI model in the application of training system design, by increasing the communicating sector, expressing sector and practical training sector, were used to change implicit knowledge into explicit knowledge, ultimately improving individual skills and organizational knowledge stock.There are mainly four parts in this paper:In the first chapter, the research background, research content and the theoretical basis related to the papers were described. The main point and use of knowledge management in actuality were expounded in background. The training.In the second chapter, the solution of the M’s staff training problems based on knowledge were obtained by analyzing the M’s training status and problems specifically, and the importance of M’s staff training was confirmed, furthermore, the training system was built based on knowledge management.Building an enterprise training system based on knowledge management has been discussed in the third chapter. Training system is made of four components:training needs analysis, training program development, training program implementation, training effect assessment. By using the knowledge management features, the SECI model is applied into the system. Knowledge management and staff training will be closely integrated in all aspects of training to achieve knowledge sharing, changing the tacit knowledge into explicit knowledge. Implementation and evaluation of training system was discussed in the chapter4. Training environment, training methods and training protocols were mainly elaborated parts in implementation of training. Training purposes, processes and methods of three parts were three main parts in Training evaluation section.Re-emphasize that the knowledge and skills of employees are enhanced by training. To achieve the absorption, storage, sharing and innovation of knowledge resource, The main competitiveness, which is based on knowledge, was established to realize sustainable development of enterprise.
