Era of knowledge economy is coming, which indicates that the era of determining development success and failure with resources and capital has past. Corporate knowledge has become the most important strategic resource for the enterprise, which been changed from external variable of promoting enterprise development into internal core factor deciding enterprise development. Enterprise knowledge management undertakes functions of enterprise knowledge sharing and innovation, especially key knowledge which can realize higher sharing and innovation in enterprise scope, and create new knowledge beneficial for enterprise development. Ability of enterprise knowledge management will greatly determine competitiveness of enterprises and whether the enterprise can obtain competitive advantage or not. Meanwhile, staff training is regarded as an important function in enterprise human resource management, which can improve enterprise competitiveness through improving employee quality. Staff training has important contents of making employees master and use knowledge useful for enterprise development. Since enterprise knowledge management and staff training have common purpose, knowledge is regarded as a link and employee is regarded as carrier, both parties can be mutually integrated and promoted. Since it is rare to combine enterprise knowledge management with staff training at present, it is feasible and meaningful to study the two aspects together.In the paper, connotation and advantages of employee training system based on enterprise knowledge management are proposed through describing basic theory of enterprise knowledge management and staff training, thereby trying to describe employee training system frame and contents based on enterprise knowledge management. Finally, operation of employee training system based on enterprise knowledge management is described through introducing and evaluating training system of XX bank. In the paper, problems and shortcomings in original training of enterprises are diagnosed through the author’s own management practices as well as investigation and comprehension on XX bank. Relationship between knowledge management and enterprise training is discussed, XX bank employee training system can be improved with knowledge management as guidance, and thereby the improved training system can be beneficial for future development of XX Bank. Effect of training in talent training, knowledge sharing and knowledge innovation can be actually realized, thereby improving competitiveness of enterprise human resources and ultimately realizing enterprise knowledge innovation.
