| In the era of knowledge economy, information and knowledge has greatly increased. The depreciation of people's knowledge and skills accelerates too. For enterprises, the scale and quantity are already not the mainstream competition, and the core competitive edge of enterprises has become a monopoly of knowledge and information advantages in their products. To increase their core competitive edge, enterprises have to timely train their staff; this has posed a challenge to the traditional ways of training. With the development of E-Learning technology and the popularity of the Internet, E-training has gradually become the first choice and the development trend of business training.Based on the distance education theory , concept of constructive knowledge, psychology of adult learning, knowledge management theory and the current development of E-Learning, the paper puts forward the model of enterprises E-training based on knowledge management. The paper analyses and discusses the process and support system of the model, expecting to provide a guiding framework for the enterprise E-training.The paper consists of four parts. In the first part, it generalizes the actuality of the E-training of domestic and foreign enterprises, analyses the perplexities of our enterprises in enterprise training, and establishes the research methods. The second part generally discusses the concerning theories, including the distance education theory, concept of constructive knowledge, psychology of adult learning, knowledge management theory and so on. The third part analyses the successful cases of E-training in our country in order to draw lessons to the propose of our model. The last part brings forward the enterprises E-training model based on knowledge management, and analyzes its process later. The marked trait of the model is that it bases E-training on knowledge management, which guides the design and performance of enterprise E-training. |
