Training is an important human capital investment. Through investing in training, Enterprises can help employees improve themselves to be capable of more challenging works, which in turn help enterprises to enhance market competitiveness. Nowadays, more and more companies have recognized the important role of employee training to company development, so they have determined to work focus on training. However, some companies which have no long history do not have enough experience in staff training. The employees training issues has restricted its development as a major obstacle. Now in order to surviving in the changeable business environment, maintain market competitiveness through employee training has important practical significance.Based on external and domestic scholars on staff training issues, we begin with the theoretical foundation and conceptions related to employee staff training, and then analyze the issue of employee training and solutions in the case of Y company. This paper consists of six parts:The first part introduces the background and significance of the research, indicates research content and implemented methods of this paper. The second part introduces the theories and models of staff training, makes a review of the research results home and abroad. The third part focuses on the analysis of the problems of employee training in Y company, we introduce the current situation of its human resources and training implementation, and then we discover the problems. In the fourth part, we find the reasons of problems. The fifth part are proposes recommendations of improve the staff training problems, including training needs analysis, development of training programs, improve training resources support system, take the form of a variety of training, enhance the training effectiveness evaluation, change the concept of training to the company, build the supervision mechanism. The sixth part states conclusions and deficiencies,then makes prospect for future research.This paper aims to improve employee training of Y company and provide a reference to the same type enterprises.
