Coal industry downturn economic downturn, belonging to the coal industry surrounding industrial machinery casting enterprises enormous challenges to survive,the survival of enterprises under pressure and difficulties, while the government introduced a number of observations help support enterprise development and transformation of enterprise development, coal mining machinery and equipment Foundry transformation is the survival and development of the inevitable way out.Traditional machinery casting enterprises face the inevitable trend of transformation this context, in my Shizuishan S companies for the study, presented the company in the transition, there are aspects of staff training, staff analysis of individual differences and needs difference, aligning them with the combination of business efficiency, while providing effective solutions strategy, so this research has practical significance.S companies since its establishment in 2002 mainly in machinery and equipment manufacturing-based, out of the business development needs to consider business investment W international aftermarket auto parts project in July 2013.Due to various reasons limit system, scale, etc., S enterprises exist some problems in terms of staff training, can not fully meet the needs of enterprise restructuring and development, mainly in the training needs analysis is not effectively implemented, and assess the effectiveness of training such as lack of achievements problem.While S Enterprises have recognized the importance of talent, but because of training planning and the actual needs of a wide gap. there is not enough emphasis on staff training, business and heavy task, pressure production and sales situation,is not optimistic, inadequate investment in economic and other aspects factors can not effectively improve the training of technology conversion.This article describes the contents of the current theories staff training and extension of knowledge, through questionnaires and interviews method,S combined with the actual situation of enterprises, analyze the status of work of their training and the presence of specific problems and causes, propose appropriate measures and effective measures so as to promote enterprises in the strategic transformation of the long-term development.
