With the advancement of knowledge economic,the job of organizations is usually characterized by information-intensity and employees are knowledge workers as well.Thus in order to recruit excellent employees and improve the quality of organizational human resource captial,it is impreative for enterprises to build and cultivate employee training system.Enterprise training for new employees has become one of the core issues to be solved by enterprise human resource management,which is particularly prominent in private enterprises.Based on the theory of new employee training,this essay investigates the status of new employee training in Zhuobo private enterprises by reviewing and combing the literature related to new employee training and using a mixed method of questionnaire survey and case study.Through the analysis of the data empirically,Zhuobo's current series of problems in the training practice of new employees are found and summarized into three aspects: enterprise,individual and environment.In addition,combined with the new employee training related theory and Zhuobo company new staff training issues,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are proposed from the three dimensions of enterprise level,individual level and environment level.The main innovation of this paper lies in relying on Zhuobo's own network resources,and proposes to build an internal network learning platform,so that enterprise-led training will be transferred to self-dynamic training led by employees' own learning,in order to improve the existing Zhuobo company.New employee training system.Finally,the author discusses the contribution of this essay to the theory and practice of human resource management practice,and points out the possible limitations in this thesis.The research results of this thesis can deepen the understanding of new employees training,especially private enterprises.
