Competition among enterprises, in the final analysis, is the talent competition. Manydomestic enterprises implement and practice of Peter Senge "learning organization", and itsrole is to exercise force, personnel training, so as to promote the sustainable growth ofenterprises. L Company as a private enterprise, but also with many domestic privateenterprises, faced with insufficient human resources construction lead to a lack of talent pool,affecting business performance, how to train personnel have the competence as the company’stop priority L.In this context, this paper combined with L Company employee training managementstatus through the use of questionnaires, group interviews, research methods, and theoreticaltraining at home and abroad, in the full study after L employees training status and trainingissues the L training position to make a diagnosis, analysis of the impact of the status of theirtraining to the development of the company, improved views of the existing training systemfor enterprise development, for L Company personnel echelon cultivate the right talent forcorporate business development strong support to boost business in response to the reality ofchallenges to achieve development goals.As the starting point to create a system of training of staff competent job tasks anddiagnosis of the the L current training management system, to improve the current situation:the training curriculum system loose, the lack of internal trainer team, do not actively traininginternal staff treat training effect is not ideal, and then proposed a series of reform strategies toimprove the training management system. For this post competency of the company culturetalent, good talent that building, enhance employee productivity, improve work efficiency,reduce error loss cost incompetent employees, reduce staff time from the end of the training todo the job, to improve corporate profits reinforce the foundation. Which has perfect forenterprises to solve the problem to fit the needs of corporate business development trainingmanagement system, is particularly important to cultivate talents. In addition, the effectiveimplementation of the system is L reduce staff turnover, improve employee morale, increasecorporate profits has an indispensable role.After a lot of arguments and data analysis, the paper argues that: First, the trainingmanagement system must be consistent with the company’s strategy and change with thechanges in the strategy of the company. Followed by training management system diagnostics, L companyin the level of training management lag, this reform to prepare for the training of employees of different positions of endeavor. Third, the training system must demandbusiness combination, reduce the cost of training inputs to improve the rate of return oninvestment in learning. Fourth, to win the support of the staff at all levels of the company, isthe cornerstone of successful implementation of training management system.
