As one of the fortune 500 companies in the world,FP company is the first rate EMS Company where the head office locates in USA.This company is facing critical problem recently years,that is high employee turnover.To FP company,how to retain employee,reduce employee turnover and management employees well,it becomes an important topic for Human Resources,which effect FP company devoplment directly.To the company,it is normal related appropriate turnover new employees repaced of old employee,which can provide new blood to the company.But,high attrition will effect company's ability and healthy development.If turnover is high,new employees need more time to be familiar working postion and company enviorment,which need some time and caused the waste of time cost and manpower cost,meanwhile,high attrition will cause quality lower and productivity down..So,it is very valuable for me to choose the subject of Reasons and Solutions for Employee Turnover of FP Co.Ltd.FP Co.Ltd was established in 1969.Referring employee turnover theories and researches from home and abroad,I try to find out employee turnover intention based on FP company actual situation.I will find out employee turnover reason by information collecting,literature analysis,survey etc methods.From data analysis,the reason to effect employee turnover are that manpower planning is systematic,hiring process need to be improved,compensation and benefit is not competitive,empoyees relationship need to be improved.I will provide solutions to improve FP company employee turnover basesd on my more than 10 years working experience,3 years MBA studay,referreing theories from home and broad,to reduce FP company employee turnver rate,to hance employee retention,to improve FP company development from following aspacts: set up systematic hiring planning,form effective hiring team and hiring strategy,improve empoyees' compenation and benifts,organize more activities and employees caring program.It is very valuable for FP company to reduce employees turnover.It can impove productivity and quality,reduing scraps.It can reduce management and training cost.It can retain skilled employee and meet customer demand.As same time,it si very valuable for other company to make reference.
