| As an important part of human resources management in enterprises, training can not only effectively improve enterprise employee occupation accomplishment, but also make employees integrate into enterprise competitive atmosphere quickly, so as to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises. Training is not only as a system, but should be effective investment. At present, most of the state-owned enterprises’leaders are not attention enough for the enterprise staff training, Enterprise staff awareness of the training is not deep enough as well. The input and output is not proportional to most of the state-owned enterprise of the staff training, which has caused the human, material and financial resources wasting. Moreover, training should be combined with the actual situation of enterprises and do the research and analysis of training constantly, in order to find a suitable enterprise employee training mode and to reach the expected effect.In this paper, A company staff training problems are chosen as the research objective, according to the ways of analyzing the present situation of human resource, questionnaire and interview to get the status of staff training and find out the existing problems of A company employee training. The paper combines with the related literature analysis and research to improve employee training. The training needs as the starting point to set training goals from the analysis of personnel analytic hierarchy process and task level. At the basic of training goals, this paper develops training courses, chooses training methods, makes training resources formulate control measures and determines the evaluation method. Finally it will build a training program for staff training of the A Enterprises. Besides, putting forward the core idea; increasing staff training investment; establishing incentive mechanism of safeguard measures.The goal of research is hoping to solve the existing A enterprise staff training problems, and explore the rational scheme suitable for A enterprise staff training actively, so as to improve the market competitiveness and create more economic benefits for enterprises. |
