Study On Project Quality Management Of Auto Parts Research And Development In DS Company

In recent years,with the rapid growth of automotive industry in the word,Driving the rapid development of a large number of auto parts manufacturers.All the major Automobile factory competition in the Chinese Auto market increasingly fierce,in the pursuit of more profit,the major Automobile factory forced to add new Auto models to the Chinese market constantly.Automotive powertrain is also constantly to low-cost and high-performance,efficient low-carbon,energysaving emission reduction as for the development direction,in the face of auto parts project development cycle is continuously shortening,the requirements of automotive lubrication system components performance are also increasing,How to develop high quality and low cost products in a short period of time has become a new target of every automobile lubrication system components enterprise.This thesis with DS company car lubrication system of oil pump R&D project quality management as the research object,mainly use the project quality management theory and methods,comprehensively analyze the project quality management present situation and the problem of causes of the DS company oil pump research and development,On the basis of this,the paper puts forward the auto lubrication system components research and development of project quality management improvement plan.From the perspective of the optimization of the project management structure and the improvement of the project quality management of management model,the paper discusses the Quality Gate Review(QGR)Quality Management(SQM),Process Failure Mode and Consequence Analysis(PFMEA)and Control Plan(Control Plan),Process Capability Research Method(CP/CPK),8D Problem Solving(8D Report)and other solutions in the application of the project quality management activities.Finally,the effectiveness of the model is verified by the case of DS’s HR12 T R & D project quality management.Through the study of the model and method of project quality management,which provide theoretical guidance and practical experience for the development of other products of the company,It has certain reference value to promote the improvement of the project quality management level in the auto parts industry.
