Research On Production Planning For H Company Under Supply Chain Management Mode

Supply chain management has been concerned by the academic and business circles.Literature about supply chain management is endless, but previous research mainly studied the theory level of the supply chain management, to solve supply chain management concept,ideas, adaptability and other issues of supply chain management mode of production level research programs is relatively small. however production panning and control is the core of supply chain management.With increasing competition in the business, how to control the manufacturing costs, transportation costs, inventory costs from the supply chain management perspective and enhance purchase, produce, delivery is the most important issue. Enterprises not only optimize internal but also effectively manage the entire supply chain to integrate suppliers and distributors resources. It can improve the competitiveness of enterprises in the true sense.The paper first sort out theory of supply chain management and production planning to provide a theoretical basis for proposing production planning model under supply chain management.Furthermore summarize the features of traditional production planning, production planning and control mode under supply chain management.Analysis the traditional production planning model limitations, then established production planning model with concerning the new features of the production plan under supply chain management environment. We coordinated the resources between all members in the supply chain business in order to achieve a variety of resource information share.Finally H’s current production plans as an example with considering the impact of up and down enterprises to establish supply chain management mode production scheduling model. Compare the models between traditional and supply chain management production planning. Analyze the advantages of the production planning model under the supply chain management model.
