Production Planning, Supply Chain Management Environment

This thesis study problems of how to preparation production plan and management in supply chain management environment, when the supply chain management is continually upgrading the context of the times in modern enterprise management, a supply chain environment of the PIMS production planning model has established, and model in Henan Oil refinery production management role in guiding the plan.First of all, the thesis describe that on the face of the 21st century increasingly fierce market competition, more and more enterprises will implement supply chain management of this new management model in order to make themselves invincible. Second, the production plans of several major theories were introduced, the PIMS (process industry model system) and the principle of use was focused on. Then it is expatiated that the traditional production plan and management of supply chain management thinking of the gap, and supply chain management of production planning and control of the new requirement. Then it is analyzed that the Henan Oilfield refinery of supply chain management and production planning management status, problems and problem-solving measures. the preparation method of production plans is constructed, based on the supply chain environment, the production plans of the PIMS model is established, based on the supply chain environment, it is stressed that production planning model under the supply chain management environment has played a great role in promoting for enterprises to strengthen cost control, efficient use of resources, improve services and increasing revenue. It detailed that Henan Oilfield refinery production plan in January during the preparation and in-depth analysis of the January production planning model of the results, guidance Henan Oilfield refinery production activities.Finally, the thesis concluded and prospected that the production planning model based on supply-chain for other petrochemical enterprises and guide the establishment of the Group of enterprise-class model integration issues in the SINOPEC. Through the study of these issues so that we deepen their understanding of foreign advanced technology and management concept awareness and made a response.
