Research On Improving Production Planning And Control Of M Clothing Manufacturing Company Under Supply Chain Management

The competition in 21st Century is competition among corporate supply chain management, Corporate operation management will face huge changes and challenges under the circumstance of supply chain management. M Clothing Manufacturing Company(hereafter M for short) is brand in Chinese domestic clothing market, who is establishing the system of supply chain management to support the requirement of corporate strategy, the production planning and control is a key component of corporate operation management, whose efficiency can greatly reduce product lead time, shorten the duration from order to delivery of goods, thus helpful to quicker response of the supply chain.This paper takes M as a research object basing on supply chain management and corporate operation management relevant theory, studied M’s current production planning and control process, analyzed the existed problem and suggested a solution on how to improve the efficiency of production planning and control under the circumstance of supply chain management. The research covers four aspects of operation management of M:master data management, sales and operation planning, material requirement planning and inventory management, finally a proposal is suggested against the improvement of corporate operation management.
