The risk has been recognized as the possibility of individual or some losses occur, it has close relations with uncertainty. Theory of risk management:risk management in order to avoid risk, reduce the possibility of risk and losses arising from risk, or stop the loss to the produce. To achieve the desired effect for the risk management method, it must be under the guidance of project risk planning, according to the four stages of risk management process to carry out risk management, Based the use of technology method to fully identify risk and to evaluate the risk,choose the correct way to implement and measures of risk control and continuous monitoring,ensure that the risk has been under control.Haiyang AP1000 nuclear power project is China’s first nuclear power plants of application of the third generation nuclear power build technology,has advanced technology. Based on elaborate risk planning for project construction of the latter,carry out risk management study. In study,by using scientific and reasonable FTA fault tree method to carry out risk identification in Haiyang AP1000 nuclear power engineering project construction of the latter, the top event eventually decomposed into the most basic risk reason event, forming the fourteen construction project risk after identification; Secondly, using the Poisson model method to calculate the probability of occurrence in a year with the construction risk, and accordingly a method to computing probability value for all projects risk construction of the latter can be obtained, to achieve the purpose of risk assessment, to determine the key content for the risk controlling of project construction the latter.As the greatest probability risk of being considered in risk assessment of AP1000 project construction in Haiyang nuclear power project,Quality type risk is the risk content of the project need to focus control, quality type risk controlling methods has three,and must have the strict implementation of the measures,to achieve the aim of risk controlling. Among them,the use of modular construction technology to spread quality and other types of risk,taken to improve and implement the "quality inspection system, training, construction personnel to prevent the risk of construction specification is not enough and quality defects, signed a purchase contract core equipment with American Westinghouse, to scattered equipment procurement and supply risk. Has specific risk management method for each of risk identified in AP1000 Haiyang nuclear power projects construction of the latter, and implemented the risk controlling measures in detail,and set up continuous risk monitoring in the construction project,the construction unit adopts the method of organization construction and system construction, at the same time,it also establishes the risk monitoring mechanism, in order to achieve the purpose of risk management in the project construction of the latter.
