Nuclear power is an important part of power industry system, and it is one of the important energy sources of human application. Nuclear power is a high-tech energy engineering, system structure complex, high standards of safety and technical requirements, in the safe and stable operation of the nuclear power plant, to equipment system, reliability, personnel's skill level,operation and management of the system and nuclear safety culture and consciousness have strict requirements.The whole process of construction and operation of nuclear power project, the existence of high safety standards,technical complexity, long construction period, a huge amount of investment risk factors, and once the risk factors is excited, causing the consequences and implications of unimaginable.Therefore, the strengthening of nuclear power construction project risk management has a very important role and significance.In this paper, project risk management as an entry point to Xu Da Pu nuclear power plant construction project risk for the study. In theory summarized abroad on the basis of risk management, combined with China Nuclear Industry 22 nd Construction Co., Ltd. construction of nuclear power projects Xu Da Pu actual situation, analyze the types of nuclear powerconstruction project risks.
