Research On Project Management Mode Of Nuclear Power Engineering

Along with the constant development of science and technology, the birth of nuclear power technology has influenced people’s life greatly. When providing a more efficient energy, it also brings about the new technological innovation and revolution. At present, the nuclear power technology has gone through a long development process in our country. Qinshan power plant and Ling’ao power plant are outstanding cases, and developing the nuclear power technology has also become an important content and work in the social and economic development process in our country. In the Fifth Plenary Sessions of 16 th Central Committee of the Communist Party, the new policy to actively develop the nuclear power technology was proposed, the development process of nuclear power technology in our country was summarized, the future was expected reasonably, thus providing a good development direction for the development of nuclear power technology in our country. The paper analyzes and discusses the management mode of nuclear power project in our country. Firstly, the main mode and research achievements for the domestic and foreign nuclear power project management are analyzed and explored, and the advantages and disadvantages in the domestic and foreign nuclear power project management mode are summarized. Secondly, the development process of project management system and the main mode of project management in our country are researched and analyzed combined with the typical management cases in the construction of nuclear power projects. The paper analyzes the management mode of Phase-II project management mode in Qinshan power plant, points out the related problems and disadvantages in the management case, and proposes the reasonable suggestions combined with the research result and the basic construction principle of nuclear power project management mode cleared in the nuclear power construction ability in our country and the department work concerned in the nuclear power project management work. It is hoped to optimize the management of nuclear power project in our country, promote the construction quality and efficiency of nuclear power project in our country, provide certain help and support for the socialist economic and social development in our country, enrich and supplement the research on the related aspects.
