Under the background of economic globalization and trade liberalization, changing of the global trade in services and tourism as an important part of service trade, service trade has become an important driver of global growth. Since China’s WTO accession, the rapid development of service trade of Xinjiang tourism and tourist foreign exchange income rapid growth, from 2000 to 2013, Xinjiang ’s tourism service trade exports have grown from $94.94 million to $550.57 million, increased by 5.8 times in 14 years. But compared with other domestic tourism developed region, Xinjiang ’s tourism service trade competitiveness is still weak, such as small tourism service trade exports, unbalanced tourism service trade development, slow talent team construction of tourism, lag tourist infrastructure construction,these problems have become the bottleneck of Xinjiang tourism service trade competitiveness.This article is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction. Mainly introduces selected topic background and research purpose of this article, discusses the research of Xinjiang tourism service trade competitiveness and influence factors of theoretical and practical significance, and puts forward the research ideas and the framework of this article.The international competitiveness of tourism trade in services related literature review. From two angles of competitiveness and tourism service trade competitiveness, respectively introduces the academic circles in related research achievements in this regard.The second part of Xinjiang tourism service trade present situation analysis. First define the concept of tourism trade in services, features and the concept of tourism service trade competitiveness, secondly analyzes the present situation of Xinjiang tourism trade in services.The thrid part of Xinjiang tourism service trade influence factors analysis. First reference to Michael porter’s "diamond model", mainly from the factors of production, market demand, the structure of the enterprise strategy and competition, the related auxiliary industry four angles to qualitative analysis the influencing factors of Xinjiang tourism service trade competitiveness, at the same time selected representative indicators and quantitative analysis of Xinjiang tourism developed areas of the country’s differences, to analysis the development of Xinjiang tourism service trade present situation and the existing problems.The fourth part is Xinjiang tourism service trade competitiveness index calculation and empirical research. Through the establishment of two indicators: tourism service trade in the domestic market share(MS), revealed comparative advantage index(RCA) to analysis of Xinjiang tourism service trade competitiveness level, and the two measures will be compared with the national tourism service trade developed provinces of Xinjiang, in order to analysis the Xinjiang tourism service trade competitiveness in the development of the national level, finally through the establishment of an empirical model to analyze the industrial organization, exchange rate of tourism, tourist transportation and the four factors of human capital for the development of Xinjiang tourism service trade competitiveness.The fifth part is divided into policy recommendations. In the previous paper, puts forward some policy suggestions of the Xinjiang tourism service trade competitiveness on the basis of analysis.
